30 Days to a Flatter Stomach

Here’s a post I Posted a while back on my Squidoo Lens….I forgot how good this routine was…and it really does work.

Diet is a very important ingredient in obtaining a flat stomach in 30 days – but so is exercise. And while there are many “weight loss diets” and “Lose weight fast” programs out on the market to choose from, you really can’t go past good old fashion hard work and sweat…and a balanced diet.
So what sort of exercises will you need to perform to throw those baggy shirts in the bin forever?
Grab yourself a stop watch and hit the stationary bike. (It is important that your bike is set up correctly to maintain good posture… if you are unsure then you should consult a professional).
- start spinning on the stationary bike slowly for around 1-2 minutes to warm up
-Set the resistance to easy (If you are advanced you can turn up the resistance level a little)
-For the next 20 minutes you will sprint hard for 8 seconds and spin slow for 12 seconds

-That’s it!….Keep it going for 20 minutes and you’ll burn fat 3 times faster than a if you were spinning at a moderate speed for 40 minutes.
